You can see me biking around Coral Gables, FL with my groceries from the store or taking public transportation in Costa Rica (an entire adventure for me), most of the time with gym cloth, no make-up or business cloth. I am planning my retirement plan, even though I am 32 years old. I am connected to all continents and move people around the world with very diverse backgrounds and cultures. I work as an HR Consultant for the US and other companies in Latin America, now looking to expand with more people that can work with me. And I am building right now in two different locations. I also have time to give back to my community and support my parents. Working 100% remotely (pretty unusual for an HR person). A year ago went out of the corporate environment to start my own company and I have been able to more than double my income ($XXX.XXX), working half of the time I used to work and giving myself the gift of feeling alive while working (to not call it work-life balance).
